Testing and Packing
1. Items are 100% tested OK before shipping.
2. Items are packed with high quality antistatic bag, thick bubble bag, envelope or cardboard box to ensure good protection of the item inside.
Shipping:

1. After your payment and shipping address are confirmed, we will ship the item within 3 Business days. The delivery to most of the countries will take 3-4 weeks, if no disputes arise at the customs. But shipping to countries such as South America, India, Italy, Isreal, Mexico and Africa will take more days to arrive.

Aftersale Service:
1. Your satisfaction is our first priority. Defective product will be offered for an exchange or store credit.
2. It is buyer's responsibility to contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving a defective product. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. All items shall be returned in their original condition.
3. The original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns.
5. Upon verification of any faults of the returned item, we will reimburse the postage of return and send you a replacement item within 48 business hours.
6. We will take care of the cost to send the replacement item to you.
