Shipping Information
Purchases ship within 1
business day - often it is same day shipping with a cleared payment for orders
received by 8:00 am PST (excluding US holidays, Saturday and Sunday). Orders
received after 8:00 am PST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the
next business day. When shipping is complete, you will receive an email (sent
to the email address on file with eBay) to let you know it’s on the way. The
email will contain the tracking number and contact information should you have
any questions. We will only respond to emails sent through your eBay account to
ours. Please do not try and contact us any other way, as we will not respond to
emails outside of eBay.
The shipping times
provided by eBay are based on the buyer’s zip code from our facility. Shipping
times may vary from the estimate given by eBay. The USPS does not guarantee delivery dates on First Class Mail. All
shipping estimates given are in business days (Monday-Friday) – excluding US Federal
Holidays. We also offer other delivery options if you need the items sooner
(additional costs will apply- US buyers only). Please see shipping options at checkout.
Purchases will only be
sent to the confirmed address on your eBay account- please make sure that it is
correct before completing your purchase. No exceptions will be made. Any and
all requests to change an address will result in the transaction being cancelled.
International Buyers
We do ship outside the
USA but only through
eBay's Global Shipping program. Please refer to the programs shipping and
payment policies. The shipping cost that is provided in the listing is to
the shipping facility in the USA. Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and
charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost- eBay will
provide these costs at checkout.
