We accept PayPal for all transactions.

Sales Tax

Because we are located in the state of California, CA state sales tax (7.5%) will be applied to all orders shipping to CA.

Shipping:

We ship FAST, either the same day or within one business day of payment received.

All domestic shipping is through the United States Postal Service.

International shipping:

For the convenience of our international customers, we use an economy shipping option. Our international shipper charges by the ounce so that our customers receive the best possible shipping rate.

International shipments sometimes arrive in as little as two weeks, but because international shipping can be unpredictable we ask you to allow as long as 4 to 6 weeks for orders to arrive.

If an item is lost in the mail or does not arrive after 6 weeks please contact us and we will make things right.

Customer Service:

We take pride in offering excellent customer service and strive to guargantee complete customer satisfaction. If you have any questions, problems or complaints, please contact us directly. We want to always make sure that our customers get exactly the item that they are looking for at the best possible price.

Returns:

You may return any unused or defective products as long as the return process is initiated within 30 days.

For all returns we ask that the buyer pay return shipping.

If an item is returned, we will offer you either

1. a full refund of the purchase price or
2. an exchange (provided the item is still in stock).

If your item arrives damaged or broken we will offer you the choice between

1. a full refund of the purchase price and all shipping charges or
2. an exchange (provided the item is still in stock).

International shipping:

For the convenience of our international customers, we use an economy shipping option. Our international shipper, Direct Link, charges by the ounce so that our customers receive the best possible shipping rate. 

Because we use their economy shipping option, no tracking information is available.  The number they provide is for their internal purposes only. 

We have found Direct Link to be very reliable and often International shipments arrive in as little as two weeks, but because international shipping can be unpredictable we ask you to allow as long as 4 to 6 weeks for orders to arrive.
