The Noise made by Horn is Incredible its Like the spinning ratcheting New Years Eve toy TIMES 1000

Nice Shape has some Olive Drab paint spots still, Chrome horn has Some pitting in a 1/2"sq area, Not Original Crank Handle

If Someone Out there Knows More About this I would Be Glad to Hear it.. Can Not find much on it..
