Thanks to the attention to quality and an eco-friendly tanning process, Tuscany Leather is part of the Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale Consortium, which has the aim of certifying tanning operations that use only vegetable tannins.

The leather we use may have differences in colour shade; this is due to the particular tanning process. This is not to be considered a defect; it is rather a distinctive feature.

Each item is carefully crafted and undergoes an accurate quality control. It is possible, however, that products have small imperfections deriving from the tanning and manufacturing process.

Tuscany Leather is also available to offer a repair service even after the warranty has expired to ensure the durability of the product. If you need a repair or spare parts, please contact us and we'll be glad to help.

All authentic Tuscany Leather products come with seal tag and label, certificate of guarantee and anti-counterfeit hologram.

The seal tag can be found attached to each product, its label contains the certificate of guarantee attesting a 24 months warranty offered by the manufacturer.

The seal tag and the hologram add value to the product. The hologram is attached to the front side of the tag label, it serves as proof of authenticity and contains micro-data, it is indestructible and makes it impossible to counterfeit Tuscany Leather products.
