Shipping

• All orders to be processed within ONE business days, provided that the payment is cleared. NEXT DAY shipping is available but an additional payment will be required to receive this service. We ship to PayPal confirmed addresses only. Shipping options available for UPS and USPS as they are our shipping carrier.

• For USA customers, we ship via UPS ground which takes 2~5 business days to arrive most USA addresses depending which state you are located. For expedited shipping, it is an option when checking out or you may contact us for the cost. For customers in AK, VI, HI, PR or any addresses outside 48 states, we ship via USPS and shipping is $35;

• For Canadian customers , we ship via USPS Priority or UPS Standard. It takes 1~6 days to arrive to most addresses in Canada.

• For International customers , we ship via USPS or UPS by air express shipping. Shipping time and shipping cost may vary. You might need to pay custom tax when importing goods into your country, buyers are responsible for these fees. Our listing price does not include any taxes, VAT or any other hidden charge. Please contact us should you have any questions.

• We reserve the right to select which shipping company or carrier will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping carries we use. All GPS navigation packages are required a signature upon delivery, please have someone at home to sign for the package or contact carrier's local office for a pick up after 1st attempt.

Returns

• Making online transaction as easy as possible and 100% customer satisfaction are our goals for all our customers. We provide repairs or replacement due to one year warranty (Excluding final sale or open box items, which will be stated in the listing). Please make sure the product is in the same c ondition as received. Please also make sure all original paperwork, box, and accessories are intact and with the product. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any non-defect return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to get a RMA# and return instructions. Any return packages without a RMA# will be rejected upon delivery.

• In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction. Defective product must be reported within seven days from arrival date of your package.

• A processing fee of 20% may apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied within 2-3 business days to the payment method used at the time of purchase after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to us.
