For sale is a Extreme Networks 10052H 1000Base-LX SFP Uplink 10km 1310nm.  1000BASE-LX SFP supports link length of up to 10km on single mode fiber at 1Gbps. This optic works at 1310nm wavelength and uses an LC connector.  Follow the link for more information on the Extreme 10052H series.
