Photomicrography
Photomicrography is the most papular
method of pictorial documentation in
seienee and technology. The variaus
WILD MPS modular photomicrographic
systems can be mounted on virtually any
microscape er stereomicroscope and
range tram manual cameras to
sophisticated fuHy-automatic outfits.
Ubiquitous application
WILD modular photornicrographic
systems can readily be retrofitted to
existing WILD stereomicroscopes. The
phototubes for monocular or trinocular
assembly will fit over either the left or
the right beam path. In addition, the
HV Phototube with built-in double-iris
diaphragm can usetully be employed tor
attaching a television camera.
Magazines and camera attachments for
all formats and film materials can be
easily and rapidly interchanged,
Filter holders for colour correction filters
can be secured to the mount of the main
objective.

Television microscopy
Television microscopy is the best way to
demonstrate to a large audienee a
ehanging image as seen down the
stereomieroseope. The HV phototube
enables the television eamera to be
aligned to the stereomieroseope. With it
the image ean still be observed in three
dimensions while part of the light is
deflected to produce a pieture on the TV
monitor. The zoom magnifieation ehanger
of the WILD M8 Stereomicroscope
enables the field limits to be seleeted at
will and matehed to the sereen of the
television monitor. The incidentMlight
stand with reetangular base is particularly
useful for television mieroseopy on
aceount of its stability and the two short
posts to which lowMvoltage lamps ean be
attaehed.
