1. Send us a message with the engraving details and your font style chosen from the list below.
2. You can let us know the details either at the checkout where you can attach a message to you order (remember to click 'add' to attach the message) or by clicking contact seller in your purchase history once you have placed the order and sending us a message.
3. If you are having your own logo engraved please send us the logo. Preferably your logo should be a high quality JPG.
4. Please separate the lines of text with a / (forward slash) and put your text inside a pair of brackets. e.g (John Smith / Man of the Match / 2016)
Let us know any special engraving instuctions you may have e.g lines of text above or below the logo.
All text is aligned and sized at our discretion unless specified

Please ensure you check and double check your spelling. We will endeavor to correct any obvious spelling mistakes or contact you regarding these, however they can not always be picked up on.

We offer FREE UK Shipping on these items.
All orders will be engraved and despatched within 1 day of payment (Monday-Friday).
For all International orders delivery time will depend on the speed of the postal service within your own country, however please allow approximately 14-21 days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return all non engraved items and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it in its original un opened packaging.
Engraved & Personalised items are all made to order so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on these items unless there is a fault with the item or an error on our part in which case we would be more than happy to replace it.
