If your old equipment is no longer useful, please recycle it.

Alternatively, as a distributor and retailer we are committed to reducing the amount of WEEE that goes in to land fill. We are doing our bit for the environment by offering free take-back collections on a like for like basis when you purchase a new piece of equipment from us. This means if you buy a new treadmill from us, you can return your old treadmill to us and we will arrange appropriate disposal of the old machine. Free Express Delivery Terms

Orders received by 3pm (weekdays only) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 3pm on Fridays, Weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day.

Free delivery applies to mainland UK only.

Free delivery also applies to the Grampian & Highland regions but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

*Items marked 5-7 day delivery or do not state next day delivery are dispatched and delivered direct from the manufacturer. You will be notified by telephone or email which date your order is due to be delivered.

Weekend Deliveries

Saturday AM delivery is available on UK Mainland orders for an additional surcharge of £25.00 per order, please contact us if you would like to use this service or simply select the option on the individual product listing before adding the product to your shopping basket (excludes Grampian & Highlands). 

Note: If you are purchasing multiple items in one order you only need to select Saturday delivery for one of the products and all of them will be delivered together on the Saturday.

Large Item Deliveries

Due to the weight and size of our larger products we can only deliver using a Pallet delivery company. Where possible the Pallet delivery company will position your order as close to your property as possible however they cannot take the product off the pallet. This is a 1-man delivery service so unfortunately the driver is unable to take items into your property.

We are able to offer a free 2-man deliver service on our larger items like treadmills, cross trainers and home gyms however it will take approximately 5-7 working days, please contact us if you would like this 2-man service. Delivery is within 5-7 working days depending on your location. Our 2-man delivery team will pre-book a delivery date that's convenient for you and specify an AM or PM slot. On the day of delivery the 2-man team will contact you 1-hour before estimated arrival. Your order will be delivered to your room of choice (access permitting). Applicable to UK Mainland Orders Only.

Off UK Mainland & European Deliveries

We are able to deliver to N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Rep.of Ireland and Europe however it will cost extra for delivery, if you would like a price for how much extra delivery will cost please email us at sales@exercise.co.uk with your full delivery address and the product that you would like delivering and we will get back to you with 24 - 48 working hours with a price from our international couriers.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery our couriers will leave a calling card for you to contact them directly and arrange another delivery date on a working day that is convenient. If you would like a specific delivery date please let us know and we can ensure that your order is delivered on the requested date. If you wish to cancel a delivery before your order has arrived please let us know and we can arrange for your order to be returned back to us, please note we can only refund your account once the product has arrived back into our warehouse.

**Important Delivery Information**

Due to the variation of products we offer we use a range of different couriers to delivery our products however all of our couriers (excluding 2-man) are only insured to deliver your order to the outside of the property. They are unable to take any products upstairs or downstairs or inside the property itself, this is important to flat owners as the couriers will only be able to deliver to the ground floor of the premises.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Due to the large variation in products we use several couriers depending on the size of the item which are: Royal Mail, ParcelForce, UK Mail, UPS, NightFreight, Palletways and Arrow XL.

Customer satisfaction is priority at Exercise, for this reason we implemented our no catch 30 day free returns policy in case customers are not 100% satisfied with their product when it arrives.

How to return an order

All we ask from customers is that they dismantle and re-package the product should they wish to return it, you can even assemble it and try it for a couple of weeks and should you decide you want to return it you are more than welcome to within the 30 day period, here's a breakdown of our full returns procedure to demonstrate how easy and pain free it is to return a product to us:



Returns Information

Please email service@exercise.co.uk for a returns authorization number and to arrange a suitable collection date via our courier collections service.

We will process a refund within 5-10 days of your order arriving back to us.

Items under 1kg must be sent back to us via 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded service with the purchase invoice stating whether a return or exchange is required. We will credit you back for the full postage amount. Please also contact us for a returns authorization number prior to dispatch.

For health & safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on food supplement products.

Exchanges

In the event that an exchange is required for the same product due to a product defect we will arrange for the collection of your faulty product and the new replacement to take place on the same day.

We may use different couriers for the collection and delivery so we cannot guarantee the collection and delivery will take place at the same time with the same driver.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item please follow the returns procedure above and proceed to place a new order on our website at your own convenience.

Product Warranties / Guarantees

All new goods on our website come with a minimum 12 months guarantee that covers replacement parts and product faults. Many items sold on our site have extended guarantees such as 2 years parts / labour and lifetime frame which are offered by the manufacturer, please each individual product listing for the full warranty breakdown offered.

Unless specifically stated that a product has a commercial or light commercial warranty in the product listing the product is only designed for use in a domestic home environment, should the product be placed into a commercial environment such as a hotel, gym... then any warranty in place will be void.

Ex-display and catalogue return items come with a 6 months parts guarantee.

Part Requests, Product Faults and Service Enquiries

Should an item be received with a missing or damaged minor part, or a part has broken on your product within the warranty period we will arrange for replacement parts to be dispatched from either our warehouse or the manufacturer immediately. Please contact our parts Department on 0845 459 4500 or email service@exercise.co.uk with your order details at the hand.

To expedite replacement parts and to ensure the correct parts are dispatched please provide us with the corresponding part number which will be located towards the back of the assembly manual that you require if possible.

If a product has a fault that cannot be resolved with a replacement part we may then arrange for an engineer to be dispatched if possible and warranty permitting to your address to fix the issue on-site. If no resolution has been made by this point we can then exchange your product for the same product or a similar alternative if unavailable as long as your are under warranty.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit we will arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched immediately to your address, all deliveries are fully insured by our courier network.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for products placed with us over the telephone or by fax, post or email. Please read them carefully before ordering products from us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers.

1. Acceptance of Your Order

We, Pure-Tec Limited trading as Exercise.co.uk, must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to restrict the number of products you may order. We will not usually cash any cheque you send to us or take any money from the credit/debit account which you provide details of in respect of your order until we have accepted your order. We will send you an email to acknowledge your order. This email does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order by telling you over the telephone or in writing by email, fax or post. Our acceptance of your order creates a binding contract between us.

2. Prices

Our prices are available over the telephone and are set out in our website (www.exercise.co.uk) and other literature. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered. Our VAT number is 647-393-702.

Prices remain in force until we tell you over the telephone that they have changed or until we publish new prices on our website or in our literature. Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to you before completion of your order. These are added to your order and are dependent on the delivery address you have supplied and the number of products you have ordered.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website, in our literature and given over the telephone are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which we have taken from you.

All orders are subject to availability of products. If we are unable to deliver products ordered by you we will notify you and credit the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products to your credit/debit card or send you a cheque for the amount to be refunded within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

6. Delivery

Our aim is to deliver your order the next working day for all orders placed before 3pm but please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order. We will deliver products ordered by you to the address you provide to us. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered to you, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.

7. Right of Cancellation

The United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

8. Returns Policy

In addition to the right of cancellation in condition 7 above, we operate a Returns Policy which applies to most of the products sold on our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with products bought from our website you may return them to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

You must return the product to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase.

oWhen making a refund, we will only credit our delivery charges under this Returns Policy if the reason for return is because of our error or if the products are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Services

All products bought from us by telephone, email, post or fax are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. The frames of all static exercise equipment sold by us are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase.

If within the warranty period after having opportunity to inspect the product we are satisfied that it is faulty as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship you may return the product to us for an exchange or refund of the price of the product. You must provide us with the original invoice, dispatch note or other proof of purchase. If we supply a replacement product this warranty shall apply to the replacement product for the balance of the warranty period for the original product.

This warranty does not apply where the defect is due to the product not being cared for in an appropriate manner or the product has been otherwise modified, misused, neglected or willfully or accidentally damaged. This warranty is not transferable to a new owner of the product.

In the event that the product you ordered requires a spare part in the future which is not covered by this warranty, we may be able to locate that spare part and sell it to you.
