We do not mean to sound harsh, but we will have to pay a final value fee in the event an item is won and not paid for unless we go through those steps.

Shipping: We will only ship to a valid street address using UPS. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If the buyer needs to use a P.O. Box address, the recipient’s telephone number must be included. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. If your package is return to us because UPS can’t deliver or can’t contact you to arrange delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to resend it to you.

All items must be in the same exact condition they were sent in.
Items will only be accepted back if they were not worn and the security label was not removed or tampered with. Also please do not remove any labels, protective covers and plastics if you think you might return an item.
You must return everything that was included when you received your item, such as box, papers, warranty cards, any documentation etc.
You must contact us prior to returning to obtain a return authorization number.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error Raineri Gems may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. |
