Getting your new products to your door is our No1 priority. That is why we ship all orders received by 1pm on the same business day. Depending on the size of your item, it will be delivered by Royal Mail, Hermes or UPS. You can also upgrade your delivery to 1st Class or Next Day.

If you receive your item but it's not what you wanted, or is no longer required, just send us a message within 14 days of delivery and we'll tell you how to return it to us for a full refund, less any express postage if you opted for a nonstandard delivery.
