Rode VideoMic Go Compact Microphone for DSLR (On Camera Mount)

The VideoMic Go is Rode's lightest and most compact on-camera mic to date, weighing just 73g and measuring less than 17cm in length, it is a perfect choice for run-and-gun shooting, travel and also when discretion is required. It features a screw down hot shoe mount, for easy attachment to a DSLR or camcorder. The mic is suspended above its base with a Rycote Lyre mount, designed to isolate unwanted camera handling noise.

The mic has a sensitive 17.8mV@94dB super cardioid capsule, which is powered by your DSLR or camcorder via the 3.5mm jack meaning it does not need any battery.

The mic features a detachable coiled 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable, which can be replaced with a longer cable (sold separately) if necessary.
