All orders placed before 3:00pm will be despatched the same working day.

All of our items are despatched by Royal Mail Second Class as standard. We also send via First Class for a nominal amount extra if selected at the checkout.

Second Class UK: 2-5 Working Days
First Class UK: 1-3 Working Days
Europe: 7-15 Working Days
Outside Europe: 10-30 Working Days

We always dispatch items as quickly as possible but please be aware parcels can take slightly longer once in the Royal Mail system due to delays outside of our control.

All Items are sent securely packaged in padded envelopes. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch and we will immediately resolve the issue with a refund or replacement upon the items return with our freepost address.

Combined Postage
Postage can be combined on international orders, Please simply progress with payment as normal and we will refund 50% of each additional items postage cost.

Checkout
Paypal Is our accepted payment method and we do require immediate payment at the time the order is placed to ensure we can get the item out to you straight away.

Refunds
If an item is returned due to a defect and a refund has been requested, The refund will be processed in 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item.
