INSTALLED and if the item was packaged it must be in the original

Used, abused, dirty or damaged items will not be accepted for
refund. Shipping and handling are not refundable and will be deducted
from your refund.
A copy of the packing slip must be included. Returns can be sent to the address on the packing slip.
