• We accept merchandise return/exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• We highly recommend all buyers to inspect the merchandise upon receipt.
• In case of defective product, please contact us and we will issue an RMA#. You may choose to have either a full refund or a replacement. Replacement is based on the availability of the product you choose.
• Non-defective products, when opened, may be returned if they are in re-sellable condition, still complete with tags/original packaging and will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
• Clothing products can only be returned if they are still in brand new condition like when they were shipped. Due to sanitary & hygiene reason, we are unable to accept return or exchange if they are already worn, washed or missing original tags.
• Non-defective items that qualify for free shipping that are being returned/exchanged will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
• If you need an exchange, please let us know the style, size and color of your choice. Buyer is responsible to pay actual re-shipping cost for the exchange.
• When return or exchange, please have RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package in order for us to process your refund/exchange in a timely manner.
