Returns UK
Deliveries All of our deliveries are subject to stock
availability and authorization of your payment. We will seek to deliver your
purchase within 24 hours. If there is any delay we will notify you as soon as
possible and keep you up to date. Deliveries to the UK are free. Your order will be delivered during office hours
(9am-5pm) Monday-Friday. We can not specify time of delivery however it
normally occurs after 2-4 working days. A signature may be required upon
delivery. International Deliveries Deliveries to the rest of the world are
treated as export orders; we have various shipping options to suit your needs.

We hope you are satisfied with your new MEDIDENTAL SUPPLY purchase, however, if for any reason you
are not then here is what we can do for you.
We can give you 14 days money back guarantee from the time the delivery
reaches you. If you wish to discuss the matter further then please contact us
on the information provided on our “Contact Us” Page. We will provide efficient
and responsive feedback relaying anything you would like to know. Products must

To avoid delay and help us improve our
services then please write us a short statement explaining the fault with our
product. All postage and insurance fees are to be paid by the buyer. We
recommend you use a form of registered post just in case you would like to
track your order as we do not accept any responsibility for misplaced items. If
the product is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order then we will be
able to offer you an exchange or refund. The refund policy does not apply to
products which have been used, broken or damaged after delivery or if any
attempt to alter the product has been made. This does not affect your statuary
