  • We DO NOT Ship Televisions overseas. They tend to get damaged during shipping. We only Ship to Canada and Mexico Please ask for a shipping quote.

Return Policy

WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALERS for Klipsch, Denon, Yamaha, Pioneer, Definitive Technology and Energy. Most of our listings include a CPS warranty, which allows you to repair a product under the warranty terms at a local service center in your city.    

We exchange any UNINSTALLED defective or DOA merchandise for the same model under the following conditions:

    1. It is returned to us within 30 days of the buyer receiving it.
    2. We are notified via email and by phone about the damage.
    3. All returns must be authorized prior to shipping the product back. Do Not Ship merchandise back without Notifying us.
    4. Return/Exchange shipping, the buyer is responsible for Return shipping round trip.

30 DAY DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE: Product must be sent back the way it was received with all packaging material ,Manuals ,Warranty cards and All other material that came with it.

All Other Return or Exchanges are SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE!
