Paying for an order
If you would like to pay by card or PayPal, please select PayPal as your payment option. We only accept card payments through PayPal as it is safer for both parties. You do not need an account to do this. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or postal order, please contact us for the relevant details.

Do you offer combined shipping?
If you would like to purchase more than one item from our store we can offer you combined shipping, which means your shipping charges will be less and all your items will arrive together.
Once you have completed ordering all the items you would like, please contact us notifying us that you would like us to combine your shipping. Please DO NOT pay for your order as we cannot change anything after payment has been made, and we will have to send out your items separately. We will send you an amended invoice which will take you to the new checkout with the correct amount where you can pay.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, bank transfers and postal orders. We also accept the majority of debit and credit cards, through PayPal. Please contact us for the details if you would like to do a bank transfer or postal order.
We will only ship the item once payment has cleared.

Can I amend/ cancel an order?
Our customer service team answer messages from 9:00am to 12:00pm GMT. If your order has not already been dispatched, you can message us to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to get through every message but we cannot guarantee your request will be received in time. We accept no responsibility for orders that are unchanged if the request has not been seen, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are ordering the correct item.

How do I know if you have received my cheque/ postal order?
You will receive an email once your payment has cleared. Please remember to check your junk folder.

My payment has cleared twice - I only want one order
Please contact us and we will investigate your order.

My payment has cleared, when will it be posted?
We start to process orders at 12:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If your payment clears before then, we will dispatch your order the same evening for Royal Mail to pick up first thing in the morning. If your payment clears after that, we are very sorry but we will not be able to dispatch your order until the next working day. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email or eBay message.

What delivery services do you offer?
For UK customers, we send all items as First Class Tracked Delivery. This allows tracking of the item and gives us proof of delivery.

We also offer special delivery. If your payment clears before 1pm, we will process it the same day, Royal Mail will pick it up the next morning, and you will receive your item before 1pm the day after that. To guarantee delivery for Saturday before 1pm, the deadline to order would be Thursday before 1pm.

For international customers, we currently only offer Priority Airmail. Royal Mail does not offer an international tracking service, but for peace of mind we also offer an international signed for service. If you would like this, please contact us so we can send you a new invoice.

How do I know if my item has been shipped?
You will receive an email from eBay to tell you your item has been marked as dispatched. If you do not receive a message within 3 working days of paying for your order, please contact us and we will investigate your order.

How long does it take to ship to an international shipping address?
Royal Mail usually takes 7-14 working days to deliver internationally. Please note that this time is an estimate and the postal service can be subject to delays depending on the situation in the countries it travels through.

What countries do you ship to?
There is a list of countries we ship to on the Postage and Payments tab next to Description. If your country is not on there, please contact us as we most likely can ship there.

Do you deliver to another address that is not my billing address?
Yes, you can put the address you would like it delivered to in your shipping address at checkout. If you put the wrong address in, we will make every effort to change it for you before we start processing orders but we are not responsible if we do not get to your request in time. Please check your order and your address before confirming.

Where is my item?
All UK customers are provided with a tracking number via email once their item has been dispatched. You can track your items status on the Royal Mail website with this number. If you cannot find your tracking number or it does not work, please contact us and we will do our best to help you track your parcel.

Please note that Royal Mail do not currently offer an international tracking service.

If I am not at home what happens to my parcel?
If you do not have a SafePlace? specified in the shipping instructions, Royal Mail will post a card through your door and return your parcel to the main depot closest to you and keep it there for 7 days pending instruction from the addressee. If collection or redelivery is not arranged after that time, they will return the parcel to us. Please note this is only for customers in the UK, the postal services operate differently for every country.

Can I request a safe place?
You can request a safe place in the shipping instructions at checkout, or register one with Royal Mail. Please note we are not responsible for any parcels which are lost or stolen due to being left in the safe place.

How long does delivery take?
Standard First Class delivery within the UK generally takes 1-3 working days. International delivery can take 7-14 working days. Please note that these times are an estimate, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your item within these times.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we offer combined shipping. To see the rates for your country, select the Postage and Payments tab next to Description and pick your country from the drop down list. To get combined shipping, order what you would like, but do not pay. Contact us and we will send you a combined invoice, which will have a link in it that will take you to checkout with the proper amount. We cannot combine shipping after we have received payment.

What do I do if my item has been returned to sender?
If your item was returned to sender, this means the address you have provided us was wrong or incomplete, or you did not pick up your parcel from the post office in time. If you would like us to send your item out again, you will have to pay for re-postage. Please contact us for instructions.

Here at Onlineshoe we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable online shopping experience, we pay close attention to your order and shipping details so we can ensure that you receive a product you are happy with, however if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return an item all we ask is the return must be within 14 days of receipt and for the goods , and that the return is unworn and unused other than fitment purposes in the exact same condition that it was received.

For all returns please contact our Customer services team at sales@onlineshoe.co.uk who will provide the necessary returns token and returns address for the item to be returned to.Please note no unauthorised returns will be accepted at our warehouse without prior consent and returns will not be accepted at our invoice address.

Please take care to package your item in its original packaging, please do not tape up the shoe box as we may not be able to give a full refund if the outer packaging is damaged. Please re-use the mailing packet that the item was sent in, to return goods back to us.

For all exchanges, we do need a delivery fee (2.99 to UK Mainland) to send the exchange item back to you.Please note that the delivery fee is deducted from all refunds (except where goods are faulty), including those items we send with free delivery.

Unless your order has been cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 days of receipt, you are usually refunded for the amount of the item only. We reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item this amount will be deducted from any refund given.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty or been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at sales@onlineshoe.co.uk you may be eligible for a postage refund. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any postage refunds until we receive your item back for inspection. Please note we will not refund your postage if you send it back via a special delivery service.

Important Please Note that ALL damage claims must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time, in addition claims for damage cannot be accepted once goods have been used.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse (returns address) will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package a full refund or a replacement will be given.

Prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply to your delivery country. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details as we are not held responsible for such charges.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you.
