We are not responsible for carrier transit time. It is highly depended on the carrier and postal service as excluded weekends and bank holidays. Please Note that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods or poor weather conditions and we are unable to take any responsibility for custom delay or tax.

Item will be shipped within 1-2 working days after your payment verified. Sometimes date will be delayed due to shortage. Tracking number will be provided, Sometimes online tracking is available after custom clearence 3-5 days later. Ship time varies in different countries.

Return Policy

All sales are final, please read our Return Policy carefully before bidding.
No return will be acceptable over 14 days after package be received. No claim can be filed over 14 days after package has been delivered .Please contact us immediately if meet any problems with item.
Only defective and incorrect item will be exchanged, Please provide a clear photo of the item that you received so we can do the exchange process.
We highly recommended professional installment for all items. Installment instructions are not included in some products. If item is claimed as not fit, professional proof is required.
Attention: Please inspect products carefully under the carrier's eyes upon arrival , no damaged claim will be honored over 3 days after delivery. If item is found damaged upon arrival, Please refuse to sign in it or take a photo of the problem. We will file the damage claim to the carrier. After claim has been approved, we will resend new one or refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees in any case. Shipping, handling fees are non refundable.
