The message and poem are Printed On 160 gsm Card measuring
140mm x 140mm (Approx)
Hand Made in the UK.
The Waxed Cotton used for the bracelet is 1mm Diameter.
All bracelets are one size (Fits wrists up to 20cm Circumference) and are
slip-knotted for adjustable sizing and are easy to take off.
Each bracelet and message card is packaged in a cellophane envelope before being packaged in a plain envelope for delivery.

Simply place all the items you require in your basket and postage will be
calculated at checkout.
Postage
Our standard postage is 2nd class. You can upgrade at checkout to 1st class
if you require.

Please note that these items are handmade to order. In peak periods we cannot guarantee next day despatch but we will despatch within 2 working days.

Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal and e Cheque. Payment must be made within 3 Working Days
of placing your order with us on eBay.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
To keep costs low and in order to supply products at as competitive a price as
possible, standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class which is a 3 to 5 working day service.
If you wish, upgrade to 1st class delivery for a small extra charge. For next working day
dispatch with 1st class recorded delivery please select the recorded delivery option.
Please ensure that delivery details are correct as we
cannot accept liability for lost items sent to an incorrect address.
Overseas customers please note that we pay for a 5 to 7 working day service, however in rare
occasions it may take up to 14 working days.
We use a variety of carriers for our deliveries none of whom class a delivery as late until 14 working days
from despatch have elapsed. In the rare event of your item not arriving within the time scale quoted please let us know and we will follow up after the 14 days have elapsed. Any items deemed lost in transit will be replaced with like for like items. Due to these items being of a Bespoke nature, distance selling regulations do not apply so cancellations are not accepted.
We work very hard to give great value products with great service and we value your custom.
We are only human, so if you do have any issues please give us the chance to resolve things
before leaving negative feedback.
If your product is faulty, it must be reported to us within 2 Days of delivery
via E-mail. Any faulty item must be returned to us via the method which we will
confirm to you by E-mail. We will replace the item and refund the return postage
charge or refund both the cost of the item and return postage charge.
(Postage cost refund to a maximum of £0.73 unless agreed separately)
If any items are faulty after this period then you will be liable for the cost of
returning the item. After inspection and verification of issues, we will replace the item if appropriate.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice for identification purposes.
Goods may be returned for whatever reason up to 14 Days after you receive them.
Any unwanted items will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging
and unused. We cannot refund any postage costs for unwanted items or items
ordered by mistake.
