Payment

						Currently, we only accept payment by Paypal Instant Checkout for eBay orders.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

"Ship Time" is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order. It does not include the time we take to process your order. All orders normally ship out within 0 to 2 business days. (Most 1-day and 2-day shipments will be shipped SAME DAY if received before 12pm EST). If there are any delays, you will be contacted.

We normally use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail. However, we will at times use Fedex or UPS. The carrier is based on package size, weight, value, and destination. At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific carrier. It will be determined by the warehouse at the time of shipment. Shipments over $150 require a signature in most cases. (All shipments to PO Boxes & Military addresses will be by USPS only.)

Expected transit times:
Economy Delivery = 0-2 business days processing plus 1-8 business days delivery
Total: 1-10 business days (Best Economy)

Standard Delivery = 0-2 business days processing plus 1-6 business days delivery
Total: 1-8 business days (Best Standard)

Expedited Delivery= 0-2 business days processing plus 1-3 business days delivery
Total: 1-5 business days (Best Expedited)

2-Day Delivery = 0-2 business days processing plus 1-2 business days delivery
Total: 1-4 business days (Fedex 2-day or EMS)

1-Day Delivery= 0-2 business days processing plus 1 business days delivery
Total: 1-3 business days (Fedex 1-day or EMS)

						We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

						Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 

Items may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days after the order date. There is a 15% restocking fee. Original S/H charges are not refundable if you chose an option other than free shipping. International shipping is not refundable. 


All returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Items must include all original retail packaging, accessories, manuals, and intact UPC/barcodes on the box in order to be considered for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after delivery back to our returns department.
