Up for sale is this hand-wound vintage Waltham. It is in fantastic condition, running strong and smoothly, with all functions working great. This watch is unique in that the red arrow sweeping second hand becomes the focus of the otherwise clean and minimal dial.
This watch has a gold case with a stainless steel caseback. With a little polishing this case will really shine! The watch measures about 34mm without the crown, 36mm with the crown, so a good size even by today's standards. The dial is signed Waltham, Swiss Made, the case back and manual mechanical movement also are signed Waltham.
The watch is sold with the pictured, 18mm brown crocodile style leather strap with a gold tone buckle. The pictures really don't do it justice, the brown strap offsets the gold case for a really sharp overall aesthetic.
Given that this is a vintage watch I am selling as is, but it is running quite strong and accurately. While I don't know the service history it likely will not need one quickly given its running status right now, and it is ready to be a daily wearer. Thanks for looking!
