All Domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service.

International Shipping

All International packages are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail Service, Shipping cost will be calculated based on its own weight and measurement and country of destination.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday ONLY. No orders will be shipped on weekends and holiday. Any orders made on a weekend or a holiday will not be processed till the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number via eBay. Please allow 24-48 hours before updates appear on your tracking number.

Packages that are returned to us because of incorrect addresses (provided by the customer) or refused package, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping costs and additional charges.

We will not be responsible for any delays caused by weather or uncontrollable circumstance as it is simply out of our control.

Terms of Sale

KicksontheStreet is happy to accept any returns/exchanges that are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of item. Please contact us first before returning any item.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returns or exchange for International customers and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns/Exchanges must be sent back in NEW, UNWORN condition with original shoe box and original material/tags, paper included. If you do not follow our guideline Returns/Exchange may not be accepted and subject to additional charges may apply. Make sure include your USER ID and ITEM # for ALL returns and exchange.

All item returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fees. And shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please make sure the item is double boxed when you return the item. Otherwise we will not accept your return.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns/exchanges. (Both way shipping for exchange item).

Returns will be credited within 3-4 business days upon receipt of return. Exchanges will also be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of return.

Orders that are returned because the package was refused or the shipping address provided was invalid/incomplete or the order was not picked up are subject to all shipping charges incurred.

Q: Can you change my shipping address to... ?
A: We are sorry but it is against eBay and PayPal rules to ship to any address besides the one on record. It is in both parties interest to be protected from lost, stolen or damaged goods by only shipping to the confirmed address. The only option if you want it shipped to a different address is to refund your order and have you purchase the item again.

A: For return instructions, please contact us first for return address and instruction. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received with all accessories and tags.
