RETURNS POLICY

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is:

• The returns must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Please contact us in the first instance.
• The items to be returned are unworn and in the condition and packaging as when sent.
• Please ensure you return the item with your sales record number and contact details in order to speed up the process.
• The cost of the postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for for the item until it reaches us,refunds or exchanges will be given when the item has been received and checked.

DELIVERY

Your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail First Class recorded as the standard delivery option.

All items with cleared payments are dispatched on the same or next working day.

All items are checked before dispatch.

If you are unable to accept the delivered purchase, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. You will be requested to pick up your package within three weeks. If the item is not collected it will be returned to us. We will require you to repay the original postage cost of the item or a refund will be given less the postage cost.
