We are a family owned cycle salvage yard located in NORTH TEXAS. We pride ourselves on selling quality used parts. We try our best to inspect each part to ensure that when you get it, it bolts up and functions as it should. With that said, we are human, and sometimes we miss things. While rare, it does happen.
If for any reason you are not happy or there is an issue with the item, simply write us a POLITE email stating the problem first before leaving feedback. We guarantee we will fix the issue.
If you do receive your item and there is a problem with it, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, we ask that you do this before you leave bad feedback, or opening a case. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with our service.
Terms:
All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. DiamondSuperbikes llc. in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire and expert to so inspect.
Returns:
In the event that you are not satisfied with the item purchased we offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee from the date bought. You will be refunded the cost of the item, minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
In the event of an item is being returned to us on the account of the buyer, the buyer is fiscally responsible for the return fees and handling for shipping the item back. This includes the return shipping and handling fees, and other monetary expenses.
Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow 24-48 hours for the return process, and up to one week for funds to be fully be returned to you.
Shipment:
We ship and expedite our packages as quickly as possible, in most cases less than a 24 hours once payment is received. Once the item leaves our facility and is admitted to our selected couriers, delivery time may vary- therefore we cannot guarantee shipping time. In the event that a package may take longer (weather, holidays, weekends,etc.) we ask you to take these circumstances into account. We strive to package and send your item as quick as possible with pride.
There will be an additional shipping charge fee for HI, AK, APO, PR & VI outside of the 48 states.
International sales may be subjected to import fees, tax duties, and additional shipping fees- these fees are up to the seller to pay. In this event, international shipping charges will be added to the item- once the customer agrees to the additional fees. Any additional fees are up to the buyer to pay once item has arrived.
