Return Policy

Returns are accepted until 30 days after delivery date. Please send us an email to request a return and we will provide with return instructions. Allow up to 24 hours for a response.

All returned items must have all items included in the original shipment- boxes, manuals, etc. Clothing items must have tags intact and must be not be used. If any of these items are missing, the return amount will reflect.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us for a return or exchange.

Returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt; however, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear back to your payment method. This time factor is based on the payment processor used.

For apparel items: We will not accept items that show any type of wear. Items that are missing tags.

Shipping Policy

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment. We ship using all major couriers: UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. International orders may require additional time to process. International Shipments

We use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS to delivery to international locations. If you choose Economy International Shipments orders can take up 45 business days for arrival, dependent your country. In most cases, Standard Shipping arrives within 14 business days. If you desire to have you shipment arrive sooner, we suggest using Expedited. The Expedited International Shipping Method orders will arrive within 5 business days. DUTIES AND TAXES ARE PAID THE BUYER.
