I ship USPS - Priority, First Class, or Parcel Post. It depends on size, weight and how fragile an item is.
All options will be listed under shipping details.
International orders can mean a long wait for your merchandise to get through customs, so Priority may be the best method of shipping as it also includes tracking information.
