We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Domestically, we ship using FedEx Ground and 2 Day options. For international buyers, we ship using eBay's Global Shipping Program which is a very reliable and cost effective way for international customers to receive their packages.
We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Stadium Goods is a consignment store, meaning we don't take refunds in the traditional sense. As soon as an item is sold, we make a payment to the party consigning the shoes, this makes it very hard to support traditional retail style refunds. Please read descriptions carefully and know what you're buying.
In the event that you want to make a return for special circumstances or extraordinary reasons, we can only do so if the shoe is completely unworn/unused/etc. with the Stadium Goods verification tags attached. If you feel you fall into this bucket, please message us via eBay and we'll talk you through the process and let you know if we will indeed consider a return. Wrong size, change of heart, or finding it elsewhere for a lower price etc. unfortunately aren't allowable reasons for returns.
