All, except a small few I opened for testing and pictures, are Lenovo factory sealed and new in the box.
As this is a USB port replicator, it *should* be compatible with any PC or laptop equipped with a USB 2.0 port or better (which is most PC’s made in the last 15 years). I have tested it on my non-Lenovo Windows 10 desktop and was able to recognize and install it and read a thumb drive.
Update 3/21/2016: Further testing has found that there are issues with Windows 10 and the graphics port. Also, although I would normally just toss a 6-year-old CD, there are issues with the most recent drivers from DisplayLink and it works best with the CD in the box, even on Windows 10.
Update 9/25/2016: I've just dropped the price one more time. This will be the final price reduction. At some undetermined time in the future, I will stop selling these and send them to e-Waste recycling (who will no doubt sell them for more than I am).
