We ship to the lower 48 U.S. residents and internationally through eBay Global Shipping Program. We ship to most Zip Codes and locations around the world. There are a number of Zip codes and locations that we are unable to ship to. Message us if you are unsure.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to eBay. You can locate the tracking number by looking up the order details in your eBay account. 

Change Address request: PayPal requires us to ship to the address that they send us in order to be covered under their seller protection program. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address is correct before making the purchase.

Condition:  All of the items we sell are brand new and unopened unless otherwise specified. We do not sell “factory seconds”, “B-Stock” “replicas” or “second quality” items. If the item says “New” under item condition then that means it is a brand new item exactly like the one you would find in your local retail store.

 

Returns: 14 days Money back guarantee. Buyer has to contact seller within 14 days after they received the item in order to request to return an item for a refund. If buyers contact the seller to ask for a refund, or to return an item, or for an exchange after the 14 days from the date the buyers received the item, the buyer will be refused of any refunds. If buyers choose to return an item, it must be returned in its original packaging with everything that it came in. Buyers pays for return shipping and 20% restocking fees.
