All parts are removed from a new RTR vehicle or KIT, therefore minor scratches may appear on a small number of parts as a result of the disassembly process. All grease and oils are left as is to help protect the movable parts.

Items are as per RC manufacturer and are under the original warranty (the warranty does not include misuse or improper installation of parts), simply send the parts back to me and I will contact the dealer on your behalf.

Our Trading Hours are generally 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. All weekend orders will be processed and posted the following Monday.

Messages are typically responded to within 1 business day, and invoices sent out, upon request, as soon as possible. Although this is not guaranteed over weekends, and may be delayed until the following Monday morning.

We generally won´t accept much off single item purchases or popular items. However we are willing to accept more generous discounts (within reason) on multiple item purchases, or old stock we have surplus of. We should generally be able to beat most Australian stock prices, keeping in mind our parts include screw sets, fixings & extra s not normally included in genuine parts packages. (Excludes sale items or wholesale items direct from the manufacturer).

If an offer you send through gets countered or rejected please don´t be offended, it is generally because it is too close to our cost price, or a popular item that is already at quite a low cost. Given the nature of the Australian hobby industry, profit margins are quite tight, so is difficult to offer large discounts on high demand products.

If you think our prices are too high, please feel free to send through an offer(s), as it may be because the current market price has changed, or we need to liquidate old discontinued stock.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

Simply add products to your eBay cart and request an invoice, or hit "buy it now" on the items you want, and I will send you a revised invoice before you make the final PayPal payment. Generally the cost will be $1.90 per additional item, depending on size and weight. If you re ordering multiple large and small items you can request a total, we will send you a combined shipping invoice with the lowest possible postage cost for your combined weight. We use your shipping address listed on eBay / PayPal, so please ensure it contains your correct and most up-to-date address. All orders received before 2pm GMT+10 are shipped out the same business day. Weekend orders will be processed and posted the following Monday. DOMESTIC POSTAGE:

We are located in Nerang on the Gold Coast; local pick up is available upon request, preferably 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. We use the Australia Post Eparcel service for all our parcels, and some smaller items are sent as registered letters. All Australian parcels and letters include tracking and insurance. Tracking information will be updated on eBay as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Transit times within Australia will typically be 2-6 business days for standard post and 1-3 days for express post. **Express post "next day guarantee" is only available to locations within the guaranteed network** These timeframes are normally accurate; however unexpected delays in transit can occur, and is out of our control. For this reason domestic shipping services require a maximum of 14 days for delivery, before a package can be claimed as lost. If your package has not arrived within this time, please contact us and we will be more than happy to open up a case with Australia post on your behalf, reimburse you, or send out a replacement. **Note reimbursements for shipping will be given out once the case from Australia post has been finalised**

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:

The "Standard International Air mail postage" option does not include tracking, but it will provide an airmail bill number which can be used to periodically check the delivery status of the package with your local customs or post office, once it has entered the customs service of your country. If you wish your item(s) to be trackable please select the "Aus Post Registered Post International Parcel" option. **Tracking only available to participating USPS countries, otherwise it will be sent via registered mail** Shipping times will vary depending on your country´s location/customs services. Generally it will take 7-21 days to international destinations, depending on your location. This is normally accurate; however unexpected delays in transit or customs clearance can occur, and is out of our control. For this reason, shipping services require a maximum of 45daysfor delivery, before a package can be claimed as lost. If your package has not arrived within this time, please contact us and we will be more than happy to reimburse you, or send out a replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all international import charges and local customs tax laws, so it is important to make sure your phone number is up to date and you are contactable. Please check with your local customs / post office and quote the postage number supplied if you are experiencing higher than usual postage delays before contacting us.
