Shopping with us is easy and convenient. We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. Deliveries will be posted same day if you order before 4pm, unless you order on public holidays or weekends.

• Your dispatch email will include a tracking link for you to follow your order
• Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required on receipt in most instances. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday.
• In this instance please expect your delivery on the next business day.

1. RETURNS POLICY 

FitnessJunky accepts returns on all full priced purchases - We have a few rules for returns. Item(s) are to be returned; 

- Within 28 days of purchase; 

- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; 

- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition; and 

- Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We do not accept returns on sale items, please purchase carefully if an items is on sale.

 

We suggest you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

2. REFUND POLICY 

We will refund; 

- The price you paid when you purchased the item minus original postage cost to us (unless you paid for postage);

- Your refund will be processed within 2 working day of your return arriving at our warehouse and we’ll email to confirm once we’ve refunded you (please note your financial institution may take a few days to process the refund); and 

- Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order (i.e. card, PayPal account). 

 

3. EXCHANGE POLICY 

You love your purchase, but it's not quiet the right size? Due to the time lag to post your return and our stock levels we can not guarantee your size will be in stock by the time your return reaches our warehouse. To make sure you don't miss out we do not exchange. If you would like a different color or size you will need to place a new order.

We require payment to be made within 2 business days.
If we dont receive payment, and we reach out and you do not respond we will raise an unpaid ebay case.
We only accept paypal via ebay purchases. If you would like other payment options please contact us direct.
