Shipping

All items are shipped the next business day with tracking uploaded to ebay. Items are shipped generally around 2:00pm CST.  If Standard shipping is listed on the item it will ship USPS First Class mail, USPS Priority Mail, Fedex, or UPS – depending on the cost.  If Economy shipping is listed, the item may ship Fedex Smart Post and that can take up to 8 business days to deliver.  If you pay the small amount to upgraded shipping to expedited the item will ship USPS Priority Mail or Fedex with estimated time of 3 days or less shipping time. 

Return Policy

I offer a very generous 30 day return period through ebay hassle free automated returns.  The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the item and verify it is in the same condition as received I will refund your money within 24 hours of receiving the item.  No restocking fee!

If you are an international customer, please contact me for the best solution through ebay message system as the Automated return process is not available for international customers at this time.

If on the rare occasion you receive an item that is defective, damaged from shipping, or was not described correctly, please let me know immediately through the ebay message system by always selecting “other” as the reason for contacting.  I will respond to you within 24 hours to work out an equitable solution.  Please do this before starting a return as in many cases returning the item may not be the best solution to resolve the problem.  You ARE NOT responsible for return shipping charges in these types of situations.
