ProSport Liquidation is not a licensed New Era vendor.  We purchase in bulk direct from licensed vendors who have either fallen on bad times, or wish to quickly liquidate product lines.  Product is brand new, with original stickers. Stock is always very limited.

This is not an eBay auction!  We feel that the Fixed Price we are asking is the best you will find.  While we attempt to answer every question asked with 24 hours, requests to purchase at a lower price, will be denied and possibly ignored.  Unless part of promotion, orders cannot be combined for any additional savings.  We do reserve the right to combine shipments.  Our prices may fluctuate depending on stock on-hand.  If you are using the cart feature, please verify the prices haven't changed before you commit to the purchase.

Orders cannot be changed once placed.  Please make sure that your address is updated with eBay. Please also make sure you pick the correct size of hat (see chart below) prior to making your purchase. Note that sizing of baseball caps are very different than cowboy hats.  If a change is required after an order is placed, orders are required to be cancelled.  

If a return is necessary we are happy to comply within 30 days of purchase.  Please use eBay Returns to complete this process. We are unable to exchange items, but will refund the purchase if the product is returned in new condition with all tags still attached. The cost of postage on the return is the responsibility of the buyer.  If we have made an unfortunate mistake on fulfillment (sent the wrong size or hat) please contact us and we will rectify the situation immediately.
