All turbochargers are sold on Exchange Basis only. It means that we need to get your old/broken unit.

If you cannot supply the old unit at the time of transaction a surcharge of £200 will be added to the Turbo's price and returned once we receive the old/broken unit.

The old turbocharger should be returned within 21 days from transaction. The unit must be in complete condition and if it comes with the electronic actuator, then it's plug must not be broken.

We do not cover shipment costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment
costs from your own expenses.

This turbocharger comes with 24 months guarantee.

Fitting must be carried out by a competent professional. Oil must be changed at fitting time and the unit must be properly primed.

Goods can either be returned to store or by post.  

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unprimed and complete with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they were purchased.
