but I also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.  

You must Notify me of your intent to Return an item within 7 days after delivery to your address and it must be returned to me within 14 Days of me sending.  

Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund. 

 Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. And any refund will excluded postage cost of sending the item to you in the first place

   All returns must include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), the Ebay number and your eBay user name 

 A refund will be processed within 7 days of the purchase price (excluding what it cost me to send the item to you) of me getting the item back

  The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.  

If returning a Hat or Fascinator it must be returned with the TAGS still attached other wise I will refuse to refund
