- All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be
shipped the same day any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the
next working day excluding bank holidays and public holidays subject to stock
availability.
- We only use professional national couriers and all
parcels are tracked and insured. The couriers will require a contact telephone
number in order to deliver goods so please make sure you provide one when
ordering. They will also require a signature so please make sure you select an
address where someone will be available. We will email tracking details when
available.
Please Note: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or BFPO
addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders to these
addresses.
Collection - Collection is possible at present from our Ealing
office, UB2 4NJ
- For all orders placed in the Europe delivery times will
be between 3-7 working days.
