All items are shipped from Canada. We ship using Canada Post and UPS or FedEx services. Choose Expedited to get your packages faster!
We are unable to accept local pick up. All items won on eBay are shipped.
To qualify for combined shipping discounts, you must checkout all your items in one order, and they will sent together in one shipment.
Payment must be received within 7 business days.
Positive feedback will be left for you once payment is cleared.
Items are shipped within 3-5 Business days after payment is received (Holidays and Weekends are excluded).

Customs/Duty Fees:
Due to border laws, some of our packages will inevitably be held by customs. Customs is allowed to hold a package for 12 days. We are NOT responsible for customs delays or any fees or duty that may incur due to customs. International shipping almost always takes a few weeks for arrival; please be prepared for potential customs delays and for the fact that since your package has to cross an international border that it will take longer than if you purchased the item domestically. Border security is only getting tighter and delays will happen.
If you have picked Expedited shipping and your package does not arrive in the 15 day time frame then please check your tracking information at www.canadapost.ca or www.usps.com: it may be held up by customs. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
If you have picked Small Packet Air shipping and your package has not arrived within the 20 day time frame please let us know. This could mean that your package is being held by customs, but without tracking it is impossible to know for sure.
Please note that Canada Post requires that 30 days must pass before a claim can be filed on international items. If your package does not arrive within 30 days of us shipping it then please contact us. We will call Canada Post to file a claim on your behalf. The claims process can take a couple of weeks, and it is our hope that a Canada Post investigation may find a package that has not arrived. If Canada Post cannot find your package once an investigation has been completed then we will refund you for the total amount of the item via Paypal. We will do everything that we can to accommodate you if there is a problem with your package, but we expect you to contact us if you have any questions, concerns, or problems with an item that you purchase from Grizzly Pc. Please be patient if your package is delayed because once we ship an item we have little control over what happens to it. 1. If merchandise is defective please contact us within 14 Days of receipt.
2. Indicate the reason of the return in your email then will issue you a Return Merchandized Authorization number (RMA#)
3. Include the RMA# in the Box when shipping the item back to us. We will Exchange or Refund your money within 3 business days.
4. D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) item must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
5. If you would like to exchange or Return a item the item you bought because of "Change of mind" a 25% restocking fee will be applied and We also reserve the right to refuse returns for change of mind We DO NOT waive restocking fee under any circumstances!
6. Please include a note in the box saying you want a refund or exchange, with your order number and copy of the original purchase.
7. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed.
8. RMA number is required for all returns.
9. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods.
10. If our warranty seals or the factory warranty seals have been broken or tampered with your warranty is void This includes opening or modifying the unit Returns will not be accepted for opened units.
11. We will not accept returns for brand-new software that has been opened by the customer under any circumstance
12. When a return authorisation is approved The Buyer is required to ship the item back within 5 business days Or notify us If there is a delay
