Paypal is our only method of payment. When you are using Paypal, you must go through our secure verification system, for which you will have to supply a verified shipping address with a matching telephone number.
For shipments in New York, we are required to collect the appropriate sales tax. |

| Order Processing and Shipping Time |
| Currently Most of the purchases takes anywhere between 3-5 business days to ship. Shipping time varies on destinations. We will not ship outside of the USA and PO boxes. No store pick-ups for Ebay items. We will not mark any package as a gift. In cases where free shipping is selected for orders over $50, Dip 'N Dive reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier, regardless of the carrier selected at the time of order. US Continental Free shipping only. Currently, we do not ship to Canada, Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO. If you have a specific request regarding the carrier used, please call us prior to your order being placed. |
| Return & Exchange |
Exchanges can be done but are subject to additional shipping charges. The item that needs to be exchanged must be in NEW condition and must not have been used. All the products sold on dipndive.com are NEW items. Items returned for a SIZE exchange are also subject to additional shipping charges.
Dip 'N Dive provides 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a 100% full credit or refund on your credit card on any item. Item must me in NEW condition and with original packaging.
Anytime between 30 and 60 days from the date of invoice and; if the the items are in NEW condition, Dip 'N Dive will provide you 100% store credit or a gift card for 100% that can be used to purchase any product in Dip 'N Dive's eBay store.
Because all products sold on Dip 'N Dive's eBay store are NEW items, we are unable to take back any USED items.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.
You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Educational Materials such as CD's DVD's and Books due to copyright laws cannot be returned.
Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and you will be responsible for freight charges in both directions.
No Restocking Fee will apply to any return which met the requirements listed above.
