Returns
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to obtain and NOTIFY US of THE RETURN TRACKING NUMBER.
We cannot process returns in a timely manner without first having received a tracking number and confirming that it was received by our authorized return location. We are not responsible for your return if it is not received for any reason by our returns processing center, if you do not provide a return tracking number.
Please note that the window for returns is 30 days after delivery, after which a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. All items must be in their original unopened condition and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) in order for us to process the return. We cannot accept opened or used products as mandated by eBay?s return policy on Health & Beauty products, as well as our own, return policy.
When you notify us that you would like to return your merchandise, we will provide you the correct return address and an RMA number.
Please include the RMA# in the return address and write it on two sides of the box in marker and DO NOT FORGET TO NOTIFY US OF THE RETURN TRACKING NUMBER AFTER YOU DROP OFF YOUR RETURN.
Unwanted Returns:
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in original package and unused condition only.
UNDELIVERABLE:
If a package is undeliverable for any reason it will fall under this category will be treated as an "Unwanted Return", consequently the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued minus 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If a product arrives damaged or defective in any way, the customer must either provide photographic proof or send it back for inspection at which point we will take appropriate action such as issuing a refund for the product in question or sending a replacement.
