First go to the order form on our My Japan Market page.
2. We will send you a written estimate.
Once you have recieved your written estimate (bill) we will proceed with our service of assisting you with the bidding process.
3. Winning the Auction
Once you win the auction, we will proceed with assisting your shopping. In case you do not win the auction, you will get a full refund.
4. The item will be sent to our warehouse.
Once the package arrives, we will weigh and measure it and then send you the second written estimate (bill) where you may choose from the options of shipping we have provided for you.
5. Payement
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will then send the package to your mailing address.
6. Delivery
