Once your item has been dispatched customers will be sent a confirmation email to the email address registered on Ebay. For tracking numbers, please message our customer service team through the Ebay messaging portal and you should receive a reply within 24 hours. 

Although 99% of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, as with any delivery service, occasional unforeseen circumstances may delay the receipt of your order so please allow at least 3 days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email before contacting us.

We would be grateful if, when entering your DSRs for feedback, you would bear in mind that Dispatch time is how quickly Quad Bikes Wales ship your item out and delivery time is how long the courier or post office takes to get your item to you. Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch your item on time we have no control over the post office or couriers' delivery times and must place our trust in their promise to deliver.

NOTE: Orders will only be processed once payment has reached our account.

If the item does not work properly or it is not the exact item you have ordered or damaged in transit, you should contact us immediately via ebay for a return/exchange.

Please note, you must contact us before you make the return/exchange. Request for return/exchange must be received within 7 days of your receipt of the item through the Ebay System. We can not exchange or refund any of these items - CDI or ECU Units - Safety Clothing / Helmets - Used Parts.

Items returned must be unused with the receipt, in the original package. If you return an item to us please get a proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. You can check with your courier). We will not be held responsible for the loss of returned items as well as the returned shipping cost. All Warranty Claims are RTB (Return To Base) and all shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
