ABOUT USED ITEMS
We use these four ways to describe the items we sell.
GOOD - basically has some scratches, but no big scars/marks or other big damage.
GREAT - is most likely to have some have scratches but less than "GOOD", of course no big scars/marks or other damage.
EXCELLENT - might still have some small small scratches, but much less than "GREAT" - clean condition.
NEAR MINT/MINT - might still have 1-2 small small scratches, but almost like new.
If there is something else worth mentioning about the condition, it is written in the description above. Even if the condition is "excellent" or "mint", as long as it is a used item you can not expect perfect condition.
ABOUT NEW ITEMS
All new items are of course un-used in perfect new condition, but as most items were released a long time ago you can not expect the outer boxes to be in perfect condition. If the outer box of a new (old) item is extra good, or bad, it is written in the description above. If nothing is mentioned there might be some damage and natural wear from the years of preservation.
Do you live in a country on our "not shipping to"-list? Please contact us (in English) and we will sell to you too, but will charge an extra fee to ship with express shipping to make sure it arrives. The reason of this is to avoid lost packages with regular shipping. Thank you!

Do you want us to send more pictures? Serial number check? We are sorry but we do/can not reply to those kind of inquiries as all items now are stored in our warehouse, packed and sealed ready to be shipped. But please don't worry, all items are exactly as described!
- We only sell items that we own or have gotten the permission to sell in co-operation with other retro stores in Japan. Our store is also fully approved and quality-checked by eBay every month, guaranteeing and assuring you that we are working exactly according to all the rules, and will provide excellent service. Except clumsy post workers there is basically nothing that can cause an order from us not to go smoothly, so please don't worry about anything
ABOUT SHIPPING
We ship all items in time and they depart from Japan 3 days after being accepted by the Japanese post workers, and one day later arrives in the buyer's country. After that it is up to the post workers in the buyer's country to process and deliver the items (SAL 2 weeks & EMS 7 days), and it is here the delays occur. We ask for your understanding that if an item is delayed: as long as we ship within the promised time frame - it is completely the post workers in your own country who are at fault and not us. If you are frustrated about a delay please remember this, and with this in mind we ask you to only give us good shipping time-feedback which will help us to improve our store and list more items for you. Your kindness and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
There is a very small risk that packages with regular SAL shipping get lost outside of Japan (3-5 times a year). This is the same for all Japan sellers and almost never happens, but if you want to make sure that you get your item 100% you have the option to choose EMS (UPS) shipping for an extra fee. Especially if it is an expensive premium item, please consider express to guarantee that it arrives safely. ABOUT TROUBLE/RETURNS
Trouble is rare but if something unexpected happens we ask you to contact us and not to write grey/red feedback or open eBay cases/PayPal claims - we offer all kind of solutions and will wholeheartedly solve any problem. If you want to return an item we also ask you not to use eBay's return system at all, please just contact us and we will accept the return/refund and keep all the communication through messages and PayPal. Whatever the trouble might be, we ask you never to use cases and directly contact us for solutions. Thank you!
From the moment of your purchase you automatically promise to follow all our terms and conditions. If you can't accept the small things we are asking for, please refrain from buying from us. Now, it might sound like we are asking for much but in the end we are basically only asking for these three small things: be friendly - contact us if there is any trouble - no punishments. That's everything! Your kindness and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
