This must be done within 24 hours, you are responsible for insured shipping w/required signature back to us. The system must have not been switched on and arrive back to us exactly the way we shipped it.

also make sure all accessories are present. If within 24 hours providing the system

has not been switched on we are more than happy to give a full refund.

solution is to contact Dell first, they will come to your home/office and fix any issues

a alternative solution.
