Every single item that we send out is inspected before we ship it. In the event that your item is damaged from the shipping process, make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item will be returned at the cost of the buyer and we will replace your purchase. Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving item and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There will be no refund on items that have been altered by special requests- ring sizing, length adjustment, special orders, etc. All items that are being returned, must be in their original unworn condition and include any accessories included at time of purchase.
