-My items don't have any retail hanging tags, are these 1st quality ?
We only stock 1st quality products. - No Seconds or Cut tag flawed items.- the reason we can sell our items at low prices is because these are not tagged for retail giants, there come in bulk cases of 72 ready for printing.

-Do you have bulk discounts ?
we are ways working with the manufactures to set the lowest price possible, and we are constantly adjusting our prices to the lowest they will allow, at this time, this item is at the lowest price in the market.

-What does x oz. mean on shirt weight ?
Weight is determined by fabric density, and so it is industry standard to measure 1 inch of cloth to determine it's weight by multiplying 1 inch by the amount of square fabric used in the making of the full garment. example a 5 oz shirt is light weight, and 6.1 in heavyweight.

-What are "Heather" colors ?
These are shirts, that to be made are a mix of cotton and polyester, the percentage will vary, these colors have a unique pattern with main color and light color speckles, these shirts are often priced less that the regular color shirts, Heather shirts are mostly named, Ash, Light steel, Birch, Oxford, and Heather something.

-Why is White so much cheaper ?
White T-shirts are Dyed. Just like every other shirt, but the White dye is the most abundant and cheapest available, because face it cotton is mostly white to start with, so is does not take much to change it. and we pass the saving on to you.

-Why is 2XL and up so much more ?
Most manufactures do not have sales on the bigger sizes, I'm not sure why, We try to keep the bigger sizes at the lowest prices we can.

We do not ship on weekends, or any US Postal holidays.

We provide tracking to all customers.
If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to customer. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by Customer, then Customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery, even in the event the customer did not sign for package.

If address provided is a PO Box, we may also need a physical address for some shipping.

Shipping Errors - Customer must notify us with in 14 days of any shipping errors and we will work through how to correct the error.

Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve package.

For Sweatshirts or Sweatpants it's $5.89 for the first item $1.99 for each additional item.
For T Shirts it's $3.79 for the first shirt, 1.95 for each additional.

and once you reach $16.95 this is the maximum you will pay for shipping, no matter how much more you buy.

To purchase multiple items to get the combined discount:
-Choose your color and/or size from the drop down menu, and the click the add to cart button. Repeat this step for each item you what to purchase.
-After you have completed the first step, click the cart button in the upper right side of the screen.
-To purchase the item immediately, click the Buy It Now button in the listing. To put the item in your eBay shopping cart to purchase later, click the Add to cart button.
On the next page, click the Proceed to checkout button. Review your purchase information, and then click the Confirm and pay button.

the advantage is they can ship the items for half of what it would cost me, however you must use eBay's calculator to see the cost, it will not work for me, it goes by your registered address.

Once Customer checks out from the shopping cart, Customer accept & honor the Return Policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, You may return the items for an refund as long as the items are in the original condition, (washed or worn items will not be accepted) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be issued only after items are returned, to us in resalable condition.

We do not exchange items, please place another order for the items you would like, and return the unwanted items.

To return an item simply place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package.

We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Merchandise must be in original condition ( not worn or washed ). Washed & Worn items will be returned at customers expense.

We cannot accept returns on any items special orders.

Defective Merchandise- we stand behind all our items, we will replace or refund payment for any item, that is damaged, or misrepresented in ad. Contact us for a return authorization of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorization. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
