This is a listing for an very elegant and gorgeous dress by MAGGY LONDON in womens plus size 18W which is brand new with tags.  

This beautiful dress has OVERLAPPING ruffles from top to bottom.  It is navy blue chiffon with each ruffle a little frayed on the ends.  It has a ruffel collar with cap sleeves and a fabric flower on the collar.  I've given you some highlighted pictures so you can see the details. The entire dress is lined in nude colored stretchy fabric.   The solid black navy stretchy fabric.  

My measurements were made with the garment laying flat and measuring from side to side and doubling.  This dress is very stetchy but my measurements were made un-stretched.

Bust:  46"   

Waist: 42"    

Hips:  47"

Length from shoulder seam to hem:  42"

The fabric is of shell and lining is polyester/spandex and shell looks so silky and smooth.  The lining is soft stretchy black.   Care is dry clean. 

This is an excellent beautiful dress that I hope you like.  It would be perfect for Mother of the Bride/Groom/wedding guest, rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid luncheon, club, cocktails, cruise, etc.
