Payment
Paypal is my only method of payment. Your Paypal account must be a verified US Paypal account.

Shipping
For all non-digital orders, a tracking number will be uploaded to eBay. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in FedEx/UPS/USPS system.
High value items may require signature upon delivery.
Most purchases are shipped with 24 Business Hours. While I make every attempt to ship on weekends and US public holidays, this is neither guaranteed nor counted as "business hours". Also note that I primarily ship through the USPS which typically has limited availability on weekends and federal holidays.
Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
For international locations I use eBay's Global Shipping Program. Under these program, import duties are collected by eBay during checkout. I deliver to their USA warehouse and they take it from there. You can read more about the global shipping program on eBay's shipping help section.

Returns
I do not accept returns for software at this time. No exceptions.
In the event of a problem with your order, please contact me to see if a resolution can be reached.
If and when a return is accepted for a refund as required by eBay, you (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be in the original 'as shipped by seller' condition, undamaged with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
