Sizing:

Large (REGULAR) - fits most

XL - fits larger frames (over 105kg/235lbs +)

Small (YOUTH) - 45-65kg, (100-135lbs)

Rule of thumb: if your face is small and skinny - choose Small (Youth), if it's larger than average - choose XL.
